3Bee’s Protein Bites are handcrafted, allergy-friendly, and made from natural superfood ingredients. Owner/creator Amy O’Toole lives just down the road in Millis. As a mom of 3 children, one of whom has severe food allergies, Amy searched for off-the-shelf protein bars that didn’t contain peanuts, tree-nuts, gluten or were loaded with sugar. Appalachian Jerky Company

Ron and Doug are two Metrowest guys (Wayland and Sudbury) who liked jerky so much they started making their own in the late 1990s. Enthusiasm for their product grew to the point where friends encouraged them to make a business of it.
